What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 capsules per SKU for private label and OEM orders. For ODM projects we can discuss lower starting volumes.
Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes. We provide free sample evaluation capsules. Production samples can be made for approval before mass production.
Can you customize the capsule color and size?
Absolutely. We offer custom capsule colors matched to Pantone references, multiple sizes and filling volumes from 0.5ml to 1.2ml.
What documents do you provide?
We provide INCI lists, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), GMP certificates and full compliance documentation.
OEM / ODM
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we produce your own formulation in our factory. ODM means we design and develop the full product (formula, capsules, packaging) for your brand.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time is 10-15 days after sample approval for standard orders, depending on batch size and customization complexity.
Do you help with packaging design?
Yes, our in-house design team assists with artwork, logo printing and packaging design that meets global retail requirements.
Private Label
Can you print my logo on the capsules?
Yes, we support logo printing and custom artwork on capsules and packaging for your private label brand.
Are your products suitable for Amazon and TikTok Shop?
Yes, our private label capsule products are widely sold on Amazon, TikTok Shop and e-commerce channels across the US, EU and Australia.
What markets do you export to?
We export to North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East with full compliance documentation for each target market.
Shipping
What are your shipping terms?
We support FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP terms. Sea, air and express shipping options are available depending on order size.
How is the shipment packed?
Finished products are packed in export-grade cartons with moisture protection. Retail-ready packaging is available on request.
